Claude for Small Business launches new workflows, integrations, and training programs

Claude for Small Business now includes 43 workflows and 27 new integrations with tools small businesses already use, including Shopify, Salesforce, TikTok, Atlassian, Zoom, Xero, Gusto, Square, Stripe, and Zapier. The new workflows extend Claude from running the back office to growing the business, and they arrive with a fall schedule of free in-person workshops and partner webinars for owners who want help getting started. We launched Claude for Small Business in May as a set of connectors and ready-to-run workflows that put Claude inside the tools owners depend on. It has since been installed more than 900,000 times.
