Apple readies HomeView hub as Anthropic tightens Claude rules

MOBILE, Ala. ( WALA ) - Apple is expected to unveil HomeView, a smart home hub with a 6-inch square touchscreen, on Oct. 13, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The device will be powered by an A18 chip and Siri. It uses a Face ID-style camera to recognize who is in the room and shows each person their own calendar, messages and reminders. It can be mounted on a wall or set on a speaker base. The Apple TV 4K is getting an upgraded A19 chip for gaming and Siri. Its remote can ring when it’s lost.
