GetResponse launches MCP integration for ChatGPT and Claude

GetResponse, the lifecycle marketing automation platform, has launched GetResponse MCP, a new integration that allows marketers to connect their GetResponse accounts to AI assistants including ChatGPT and Claude. Marketers can now analyse campaign performance, access customer data, and prepare new campaigns directly through conversations with these assistants. While marketers are increasingly using AI to generate campaign ideas and content, accessing their own marketing data and putting those ideas into practice still involves switching between different tools. GetResponse MCP simplifies this process using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that allows AI assistants to work with external services and their data. GetResponse is also exploring what MCP can do for ecommerce.
